Founder & President

Allan Clarke is a Construction Professional, Red Seal Endorsed Carpenter and the Founder & President of Clarke Carpentry Services, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in carpentry and more than 11 years in the building-construction industry. Known for his technical expertise, strong project leadership, and commitment to quality, Allan approaches every project with precision, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship.

Raised in Cavan-Monaghan, Ontario, Allan developed an early passion for construction through trade and technology programs in high school. At just 16 years old, he began his career in the building industry at the local Home Hardware Building Centre in Peterborough, gaining practical experience that would shape his professional foundation.

Allan went on to complete the Carpentry Technician Program at Sir Sandford Fleming College, graduating in 2017 with an Ontario College Diploma. He continued his development as a registered Carpenter Apprentice, working alongside a wide range of contractors across Southern Ontario. This experience exposed him to diverse sectors including custom home building, I.C.I. construction management, residential renovations, concrete formwork, civil construction engineering, industrial scaffolding, and general construction project management.

In 2021, Allan completed his apprenticeship training and earned his Ontario Certificate of Apprenticeship, followed by achieving his Interprovincial Red Seal endorsement (403A – General Carpenter) in 2022—recognition of his technical skill and professional excellence.

In 2023, Allan officially launched Clarke Carpentry Services publicly, establishing a trusted and reputable carpentry and construction firm serving Peterborough, Northumberland, and the Kawartha Lakes. Today, Allan and his team are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, transparent project execution, and results that consistently exceed client expectations.
